I’ve checked My Order but my ticket is not there. What do I do?

Here are some possibilities to consider:

- Have you logged into the correct account? Please log in to the account that you used to place the order.

- Do you have another email address? You might have created multiple accounts with different email addresses.

- Did you try to download your ticket before the announced date from FestGround? Please note that you can only download your tickets after the announced date. 


Please note that you can only download your tickets with the PURCHASER ACCOUNT.
