How to earn FG Coins?

1. Share the event with friends on FestGround. The system will display the FG Coins recorded by your referral when the friends you invited completed the payment of an order. You will earn about 1% of the FG Coins of the face value (excluding handling fees and shipping).
2. Participate in FestGround's special promotion events will have the opportunity to earn FG Coins.
3. FG Coins will display in your FG Coins account within 7 days of completing the activities.
4. FestGround reserves the right to modify FG Coins terms at any time.

FG Coins Conversion Ratio

1 FG coin is equivalent to USD 1, and the exchange ratio with other currencies are adjusted based on the exchange rate between the currency and the US dollar.

FG Coins Usage Conditions

1. If the existing FG Coins equivalent amount is greater than or equal to the order consumption amount, the deduction amount is the order consumption amount.
2. If the existing FG Coins equivalent amount is less than the order consumption amount, the deduction amount is equal to the existing coin equivalent amount.
3. FestGround reserves the right to modify FG Coins usage terms at any time.

How do I use FG coins?

Login into your FestGround account and then creating a new order until the checkout process. On the right order details panel, expend the "FG Coins" then enter the desired amount or max amount that you can deduct for the purchase then press "Apply". Continue to fill your billing information until you complete your order for your purchase.
