Why was my purchase unsuccessful?

- Payment Declined By Your Bank

The most common reason for an unsuccessful payment is that your bank has declined it.

Please call your bank, inform them that it is you making this payment and that FestGround is a trusted recipient. Once you have done this, your next attempt should be successful.

- Insufficient Funds

There are not enough funds in your account to complete this payment. Please check your card limit first. To adjust your limits, please get in touch with your bank. 

- 3D Secure Verification Issue

 An incorrect password was given at the 3D Secure stage. If you encounter this problem, please try again or contact your bank.

- Incorrect Card Information

You may have entered your card information incorrectly (e.g. card number, expiry date, security code/CVV)
